Shelf Life & Storage
Best used within 12 months of the packaging date when unopened. Once opened, we recommend finishing within 3 months for the best aroma and flavour.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required. Ghee naturally solidifies in cold weather and turns liquid again in warmth — this is normal and does not affect quality.
Best Uses
- Tempering (tadka) for dal and curries
- Drizzling over hot rice, khichdi or rotis
- Traditional sweets like ladoo, halwa and payasam
- A spoon in warm milk or coffee
